BIFAN is launching the Bucheon AI Contents Summit, a dedicated platform highlighting the AI programs it has pioneered over the past two years. The program is an integrated platform embodying BIFAN and Bucheon City¡¯s commitment to building a virtuous cycle for the AI film ecosystem–spanning education, production, screening, and industry–and leaping forward as a global hub for the AI film industry. The most critical shift of the Bucheon AI Contents Summit lies in expanding the practical AI film ecosystem and establishing viable business models. Along with screening the finalists of the existing AI International Competition, BIFAN has introduced a new non-competitive invitation section, significantly scaling up its AI film screenings. Through this, the festival aims to broaden the horizons of a new cinematic language by showcasing a diverse lineup of domestic and international AI films, including works supported by BIFAN's own creation initiatives. Furthermore, the AI International Conference and business meetings will be operated in an organically linked format. The conference will bring together global experts to shed light on how AI technology is reshaping the landscape of the film industry. Concurrently, the AI¡¤XR Creator Showcase will connect directly to business meetings, fostering practical collaboration and business opportunities among creators, corporations, and investors. This integrated approach is expected to pave the way for AI technological innovation to transcend mere creation and bear tangible industrial fruit.
