Synopsis
During a chaotic night at a drive-in, a cursed ring unleashes a surreal nightmare. Sophie, a young actress, finds herself trapped between reality and fiction as a sinister voice haunts her through her car radio. Pursued by her own director, an ancient witch, her boyfriend and a crazy stuntman stuck in a bear costume, Sophie must confront terrifying truths and embrace her darkest role to escape a fate worse than death.

Julien IVANOWICH is a French filmmaker and screenwriter. In 2015, he founded Carnages in Bordeaux, through which he has directed 11 short films and staged two plays. His debut feature, Blondie Maxwell Never Loses (2019), gained international recognition, and Ultimate Chabite (2023) was selected for the BIFF Festival’s Emerging Raven competition. He enjoys exploring genre cinema and crafting stories that blend the unexpected with a touch of the surreal.
