Synopsis

The most beautiful student in her class, suddenly The most beautiful student in her class, suddenly is dead. Her death triggers a succession of female students who are disfigured by an invisible force. As the teacher searches for the truth behind this, she discovers the existence of a curse called 'Lovely Ugly Your Friend,' that is passed down in this high school, which disfigures the target. Someone in the class has inherited its power! The students begin to suspect each other, and the class caste changes. Who will be the next victim?

YASUKAWA Yuka

YASUKAWA made her directorial debut in 2012 with Dressing Up, won several awards. She also directed the film The Nighthawk’s First Love (2021/TIFF, Official Selection in the Asian Future section) and Netflix series Chastity High. The latest film YAMADAKUN TO LV999 NO KOI WO SURU (2025) is now in theatrical release and has become a big hit.

KUBOTA Megumi

KUBOTA began her career in the publicity department at Asmik Ace, working as a Marketing Producer. After joining Bridgehead, she transitioned into film production as a Producer’s Assistant. She is currently producing Ryota Nakano’s latest film, Bring Him Down to a Portable Size.
OGAWA Shinji

In 1987, OGAWA began his career at Asmik Ace Entertainment, producing RING 0 (2000), PING PONG (2002), JOSEE, THE TIGER AND THE FISH (2003), and Tran Anh Hung’s adaptation of Haruki Murakami’s NORWEGIAN WOOD (2010). In 2012, he established Bridgehead Co,.Ltd., His recent productions include The Asadas (2020), Desert of Namibia (2024), and Ryota Nakano’s latest film. 
MIYAMORI Shoko

MIYAMORI Shoko began her career at Horipro Inc., where she worked on 2 Women, All the Long Nights, and her producing debut with the TV drama series Kashimashimeshi. Since joining BRIDGEHEAD in 2024, she has completed a feature awaiting release and is currently developing a Spain / Japan co-production in pre-production.
