Synopsis

Whenever Sung-Hoon kills an insect or causes pain to another person, he heels pain as if his bones are being cut. Myung-Ji gives Sung-Hoon a tattoo machine as a gift and orders him to 'delete his memory after the tattoo.' Every time Sung-Hoon hurts someone else, he tattoos the information on his body. Then, he forgets the memory of the crime and eventually forgets Myung-Ji. As time passes, Sung-Hoon falls in love with Pema from Nepal. Myung-Ji visits Sung-Hoon, but he cannot remember her and she becomes angry. Myung-Ji kills Pema and frames Sung-Hoon. The seal on Sung-Hoon's tattoo is broken and the memories of all his sins come back to life. Sung-Hoon and Myung-Ji go to Nepal, the hometown of the deceased Pema, and pray for the peace of Pema's soul as they face their final moments.
