¡®Fantastic Film School: Global Course¡¯ is an extension and advancement of BIFAN¡¯s existing flagship educational program, ¡®Fantastic Film School.¡¯ The global course, which targets new emerging filmmakers around the world, has expanded its horizons to include a production-focused short film program. This year in particular, the goal of the course is to produce hybrid short films that combine live-action filming and AI technology, and seeks to explore new genre experiments and creative possibilities through the fusion of technology and creation.

This year, a total of 30 mentees selected from around the world will participate, and they will be divided into three teams to produce one ¡®live-action and AI-based¡¯ short film each. To this end, experts from various fields in the film industry will participate to provide lectures and mentoring. By operating the AI Film Institute Bucheon¡¯s resources so that mentees can access AI technology, it will support them to gain more professional and practical creative experience.
