Roger GARCIA, Film Festival Executive and Producer

Roger Garcia is a film festival executive, producer and writer. He was executive director of the Hong Kong International Film Festival Society, and Asian Film Awards Academy (AFAA), artistic director of the Hainan Island International Film Festival, and curator, consultant and juror to many international film festivals. He is currently Director of the AFAA’s International Film Camp in Macau. He has produced films in Asia, Hollywood and Europe. His latest works include a multi-media performance presented in Asia and Europe, and eight short films by young Asian directors which are currently entering the festival circuit. As film critic, his books and articles have been published by the British Film Institute, Cahiers du Cinema, Film Comment, etc.

Annick MAHNERT, Programmer

Born in Geneva, Annick Mahnert studied film production at the NYFA and worked as a production assistant at Roger Corman¡¯s Concorde-New Horizons. Back in Switzerland, she went on to work in distribution and programming at 20th Century Fox, Warner Bros., Pathé Cinémas and Frenetic Films. Early 2012 she moved to Paris to join the renowned sales agency Celluloid Dreams, handling sales and acquisitions. Since 2013, she is working as a freelance producer, acquisitions consultant and festival. Annick coproduced Alexandre O. Philippe¡¯s documentaries 78/52, Leap of Faith: William Friedkin on the Exorcist and Memory: The Origins of Alien and produced Edgar Nito¡¯s Huachicolero and Mattie Do¡¯s The Long Walk. Annick Mahnert is a programmer at the Sitges Festival Internacional de Cinema Fantastic de Catalunya and the European Fantastic Film Festival of Strasbourg , the Director of Programming at Fantastic Fest in Austin and the Executive Director of the Frontières Co-Production Market. She is a member of the European Film Academy and the Swiss Film Academy.

Steve M. CHOE, Editor

Editor and Founder of C-47 Post Studio
Steve M. Choe, an alum of the American Film Institute (AFI), holds an M.F.A. in Film Editing. Founding his own company in 2005, C-47 Post Studio has become a prominent powerhouse for post-production. Editing approximately 70 feature films and over 30 television series, Steve has showcased his exceptional talent and expertise in the art of film editing. His exceptional abilities garnered acclaim in 2013 with the reception of the esteemed Grand Bell Award for best editing. Noteworthy recent projects include his editing work on productions like 'Revenant' ¾Ç±Í (2023) and Disney+ Original 'Vigilante' ºñÁú¶õÅ× (2023), as well as a Netflix Original Series 'A Time Called You' ³ÊÀǽð£¼ÓÀ¸·Î (2023), among others, solidifying Steve's standing as a highly sought-after film editor. Apart from his editing endeavors, Steve serves as an associate professor at the Korean National University of Arts' School of Film where he imparts his knowledge as an educator.

Brian Kim is the director and CEO of UGI Production Co., Ltd. He graduated from Simon Fraser University in Canada with a degree in Communication. With diverse experience in K-POP music videos, films, and commercials, he creates well-structured virtual IPs that showcase deep insight and an innovative approach. He is currently developing high-end content based on Unreal Engine, blending AI-driven modeling and art.

CHOI Hyun Jung, AI Artist

Choi Hyunjung is an AI Artist at Studio Freewillusion which is Korea's first AI video production studio. Choi has participated in various films as an art director and as an AI artist in generative AI films. Choi participated as an art director in short films Soonyoung (2020) and Variation (2023), as an Korea unit art assistant in Riceboy Sleeps, Canada independent feature movie. Also Choi had a role of art team graphic designer in the TV series set of Amazon Prime Video ¡ºButterfly¡»(2024). Choi also participated in generative AI Films Do You Really Know Her, Brutal Seoul (2025), Land of Dead Dogs as an AI Artist, and is leading a new creative method the intersection of AI and video technology.

KO Jun, Actor

Ko Jun is a Korean actor who debuted with the film Wanee and Junah, showed various aspects through films Tazza: The Hidden Card, The Age of Shadows, Luck Key, Midnight Runners, Sunset in My Hometown, Faith, and through drama ¡ºThe Fiery Priest¡», ¡ºBlack Out¡» and ¡ºGood Boy¡». Ko's short film Vice Versa selected for the non-competitive section for the 70th Cannes Film Festival. Ko also participated as an artist in a special exhibition of Korean artists held at Park West Gallery in New York, USA, showing artistic senses in various ways. In order to discover new actors as well as work activities, the YouTube channel 'PEEPING' has been planned and operated.
