Synopsis

Ambar (29) and her son Bondan (7) decide to work in the sand mine to replace Jarot, her husband, who has disappeared while working there. Bogel (35), Jarot's friend who works at the mine, testified that Jarot was lost and taken by the devil at the mining site because he didn't come home immediately when it started to get dark. Ambar, still hoping to find her husband, tries to hide at the mine site until late at night to search for him.

Eden JUNJUNG is an Indonesian filmmaker known for his impactful short films including Flowers On the Wall (2016, screened at Bogota International Short Film Festival & Busan International Short Film Festival), Happy Family (2017, featured at Valletta Film Festival & Taipei International Short Film Festival), and BURA (2019, showcased at Singapore International Film Festival, Tampere Film Festival, and awarded Best Jury Award at SeaShort Malaysia 2020). He is an alumnus of SAFL 2019 Singapore and SEAFIC 2020 Thailand.
