You can obtain your ticket via mobile (Kakao Talk) upon booking if you opt for a
mobile ticket. Entry is permitted upon presenting the barcode of the activated mobile
ticket on the day of the event. |
Ticket Kiosk,
On-site

You can obtain your ticket using the kiosk located in the lobby on the second floor,
in front of the Arts Theater of the Bucheon Art Center, on the day of the event. |
Ticket Box,

You can obtain your ticket and enter by checking your reservation number and ID
at the ticket box on the 2nd floor, in front of the Arts Theater of the Bucheon Art
Center, on the day of the event. |
- For paper tickets, you can collect them at the on-site desk or kiosk at the Bucheon Art Center.
Lost tickets cannot be reissued.
- Paper tickets can only be issued up to 2 hours after the event starts.
- Captured images of mobile tickets cannot be used.

- Regardless of possessing a BIFAN+ badge, a separate ticket purchase is required to participate in the AI conference.
- The event operates with assigned seating, and attendees must sit in their reserved seats.
- Tickets will be checked upon entry, so please have your mobile or paper ticket ready.
- These tickets are available for pre-sale online only, with no on-site sales.
- Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be reissued for reasons including personal circumstances
(loss, damage, traffic delays, venue or time confusion, etc.).
