Evrim ERSOY is a consultant, producer and festival programmer who has spent the last decade honing his skills within the industry. Born in Turkey and raised in London, he first worked as a film critic for various publications before moving into film curation - he's been the head of programming at Beyond Fest for the past 10 years, served as the creative director at Fantastic Fest for 6 and is currently a senior programmer at Imagine Film Festival and MotelX. He has worked as an acquisitions consultant and festival strategist for a number of sales and distribution companies and most recently started producing. Currently he has at least 6 projects in various stages of post-production and production including You Have Been Chosen which was selected for this year's edition of Frontieres Buyers Showcase at Marché du Film.

LEE Dongha

Korea | REDPETER Films | CEO, Producer

LEE Dongha majored in philosophy and film in Paris before beginning his producing career with A Brand New Life (2009), a Korea-France co-production screened at the 62nd Cannes Film Festival. He produced Poetry (2010), winner of Best Screenplay at the 63rd Cannes Film Festival, and Hwayi: A Monster Boy (2012), both with director LEE Chang-dong. In 2014, he founded REDPETER FILMS and produced Train to Busan (2016) — Korea's first zombie blockbuster, which ranked No. 1 at the domestic box office and generated approximately 10 million USD in combined sales, sparking a global K-Zombie syndrome. At the 70th Cannes Film Festival, Lee was named the only Asian producer on Variety's '10 Producers to Watch.' Subsequent works include Psychokinesis (2018), Another Child (2019), Birthday (2019), and Peninsula (2020). In 2021, he launched the webtoon Peninsula Prequel 631 in South Korea and Japan. In 2024, the Netflix series The Bequeathed ranked No. 1 globally. In 2025, Hideaway received critical acclaim, and in 2026, the international co-production Dora, invited to the Cannes Directors' Fortnight, is set for release.

Tia HASIBUAN

Indonesia | Come and See Pictures | Co-founder, Producer

Tia HASIBUAN is a film producer and co-founder of Come and See Pictures. Since 2007, she has produced internationally acclaimed and commercially successful Indonesian films. Her credits include Fiksi. (2008), What They Don't Talk About When They Talk About Love (2013), which competed at Sundance Film Festival; A Copy of My Mind (2015), which screened at Venice International Film Festival and Toronto International Film Festival; and Impetigore (2019), which screened at Sundance Film Festival. Her recent credits include the box-office hits Satan's Slaves 2: Communion (2022) and Grave Torture (2024), The Siege at Thorn High (2025), a collaboration with Amazon MGM Studios, Smothered (2025), and Ghost in the Cell (2026), which premiered at Berlin International Film Festival.

KIM Heejeon

Korea | Barunson C&C | Chief Producer, Global Projects

KIM Heejeon is a media and entertainment executive with extensive experience in broadcasting, film, and distribution. She began her career as a producer at JoongAng Broadcasting Corporation(now JTBC) in Korea. As Senior Vice President at CJ ENM Film Division, she led film festival strategy, international marketing, and international sales across America and Europe. After relocating to Los Angeles, she served as Head of Distribution at CJ ENM America. Kim currently works as Chief Producer for Global Projects at Barunson C&C, a studio producing major domestic and international projects including Bong Joon-ho’s new animated feature film.

HAN Jin

Korea | VICTORY PICTURES | CEO, Producer

HAN Jin is the founder and CEO of Victory Pictures, Director of the International Committee at the Producers Guild of Korea (PGK), Chair of KOFIC's Korean Film Global Expansion Subcommittee, and Chair of the AFI Korean Alumni Association. He holds an MFA in Producing from AFI. At SHINCINE, he worked on films blending art and commerce, including LIES, in competition at Venice, and MY SASSY GIRL. He later helped shape early global production at CJ Entertainment. At PGK, he guides members in co-production and has led MOUs with Indonesia (APROFI), Hong Kong, Brazil, and Canada (CMPA), with plans to expand to Sweden, the UK, and beyond. At KOFIC, he advises on government co-production policy. His focus is bridging Asian and global markets through international co-production.

Jongsuk Thomas NAM

Korea | BIFAN | Western Regions Cinema Programmer

Jongsuk Thomas Nam majored in RTVF/Communication Arts. He started to work in the film industry as an assistant director for the film Jungle Story (1996). In 1997, he joined the Busan Film Festival, and since then, he has worked in various positions, coordinating the Kim Kiyoung Retrospective, BIFF festival coordinator, and Pusan Promotion Plan (PPP) senior coordinator. After working as the general secretary of the Network for the Promotion of Asian Cinema (NETPAC), he joined the Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival in 2007 and currently works as a festival programmer for BIFAN, and as the managing director of the Network of Asian Fantastic Films (NAFF). He is also a nomination advisor of Asian Film Awards (Hong Kong), a selection jury at Sitges FanPitch (Spain) and Ventana Sur Fantastic! (Uruguay), a mentor at Taipei Film Academy (Taiwan) and a curator of AFTER DARK at MAMI Mumbai Film Festival (India).

KIM Youngwoo

Korea | BIFAN | Asian Cinema Programmer

KIM studied Visual Arts & TV at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, USA. He joined the selection committee of Busan International Film Festival as a programmer in charge of Asian cinema and worked until 2019. And he worked for DMZ Docs as a programmer until 2021, and also has worked as a programmer, program consultant, and program advisor to IDFA, Locarno, and many other festivals around the world. He has worked for Seoul Independent Film Festival and Mise-en-scene Short Film Festival, and Red Sea International Film Festival (Saudi Arabia) as a programmer, and a program consultant to Sheffield Docs (UK).

KIM Hyungseok

Korea | BIFAN | Korean Cinema Programmer

KIM majored in History and Film Theory. He worked as a journalist and editor-in-chief at the film magazine Screen, and later continued his career as a film journalist writing on Korean cinema. He previously worked as a programmer at the Pyeongchang International Peace Film Festival and the Chuncheon Film Festival, he joined the Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival (BIFAN) in 2025.

SHIN Minkyung

Korea | BIFAN | Manager of Market Operations Team

SHIN entered the film industry in 2015 as part of the Program Team at the Busan International Film Festival. Fueled by a deep passion for Korean short films, she went on to plan and run community cinema initiatives in the Busan area for several years. She has since worked at the Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival and the Asian Contents & Film Market at the Busan International Film Festival, and has been serving as Manager of Market Operations at BIFAN since 2025.
