The Nordic Genre Invasion is a non-profit platform dedicated to supporting the marketing, distribution, and international collaboration of genre films produced in Northern Europe. Since establishing a partnership with NAFF in 2015, the platform has continuously introduced promising projects with strong potential for co-production with Asian counterparts.

Each year, three selected projects from filmmakers affiliated with the Nordic Genre Invasion are presented to a global audience of industry professionals through the ¡°Nordic Genre Invasion Pitching¡± event. These projects are further promoted through one-on-one business meetings, offering invaluable opportunities to explore avenues for co-production, investment, and distribution.

Outstanding projects are recognized through the presentation of awards, which include both cash prizes and in-kind production support. This ongoing collaboration underscores the shared commitment of NAFF and the Nordic Genre Invasion to fostering cross-cultural exchange and strengthening global networks within the genre film industry.
