Sitges FanPitch is the genre film industry program of the Sitges Film Festival held in Catalonia, Spain, and It has maintained ties with NAFF since 2015.

The selected project from Sitges FanPitch, Vesper (Kristina Buozyte), was screened in the Bucheon Choice: Feature section at the 2022 BIFAN and won the Jury's Special Award.
